If you make a purchase online from the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Shop, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order, containing the details of your order. By placing an order you are offering to make a purchase and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted when we deliver the product(s) to you.

Description
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Availability
The supply of goods from this website is subject to availability and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase. In the case of this happening a carefully selected alternative may be sent, or a refund may be given.

Delivery:
Shipping Terms:
All orders are despatched within ten working days of receipt of the order, provided item(s) is in stock.
Shipping prices:
All items delivered to a UK address carry a £2.00 delivery charge. -  Outside of the UK £5.00
When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge will be automatically applied to your order.
General Shipping Conditions:
Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. Delivery is Worldwide (the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scottish islands may incur additional charges). All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post or which are small enough to be put through letterboxes). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
All delivery will be via First Class Royal Mail, Parcel Post Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on size and/or weight of the purchase.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered.
We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
All items will be delivered by Royal Mail except for bulky, heavy or valuable items which will be sent by courier delivery.
All items to be delivered in the UK will be despatched within ten working days of the Royal British Legion receiving your order. All items currently not in stock will be despatched within 28 days.

All products addressed for delivery within the UK will be charged a £2.00 delivery charge for the order.

Cancellation and Returns
A 14-day no quibble return policy is available, beginning from the date you received your ordered goods. If you contact the Poppy Shop outside of the 14-day period we will not refund the order (unless defective/damaged). All unwanted goods should be returned in a re-saleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information on your statutory rights please visit www.consumerdirect.gov.uk/

When you send your item(s) back with evidence of postage, we will process the returned item(s) and offer you the choice of a replacement or a refund.

If you request a refund we will also refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you. SoEasyPay will notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Beyond reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Governing law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Royal British Legion VAT registration number is 562 8323 36.
