UK and BFPO Standard Delivery is FREE on orders £40 and over, or £4.50 on orders under £40. We despatch orders Monday - Friday, and orders are usually delivered within 3 - 5 working days.

UK Click & Collect to an EVRi Pick-Up Point is £3.50, and orders are usually delivered within 3 - 5 working days.

European Delivery (non-EU) is £14.00, and orders are usually delivered within 5 working days.

Rest of World Delivery is £28.00, and orders are usually delivered within 14 working days.

• Import taxes and increased tariffs: Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes, custom duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Please not that several countries have recently increased tariff charges.
• Customer responsibility: We are unable to advise on specific costs or take responsibility for these additional charges. We recommend contacting your local Tax Office or Customs Bureau for the most up-to-date information before placing your order.
• Cancellations & Refunds: If you choose to cancel your order once it has been despatched, or if a delivery is refused due to unpaid custom charges, we are unable to refund any postal or shipping charges.  Only the value of goods returned in their original condition will be eligible for a refund.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it, in the original packaging if possible, within 30 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement – no questions asked.
