Inspired by the pioneering women of the Women's Auxiliary Air Force (WAAF), this striking brooch pays tribute to the vital role they played during the Second World War. Many WAAFs served in radar operations, providing skilled observation, plotting and communication that helped defend Britain and contributed to the success of Allied operations.
